Description of Institute: Notre Dame High School (www.notredamesalinas.ore) is a diocesan, all girls high school. A highly qualified and dedicated faculty serves the student community of approximately 370. Qualified candidates must be able to effect spiritual and academic leadership based on the gospel values and current research-based educational practices. Knoweldge of active supervision and evaluation techniques, school finance, board leadership, strategic planning and capital projects is essential.
Qualifications: Candidate must be a practicing Catholic with knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith; have a minimum of three years experience as a Catholic school administrator; hold religious education certification or adhere to the minimum diocesan requirements; have a masters degree with a minimum of 20 graduate hours in administration, supervision or curriculum; hold a valid and current California administrators credential or its equivalent from another state.
Salary: Salary for this position will be determined according to Diocesan guidelines based upon experience and education. Benefits include pension plan, social security, and health insurance.
