Workshop

Effective Coping Skills for Caregivers

• 8 week workshop, $150, Thursdays, June 5–July 31,
6:30-8:30 p.m. held at 36 Monterey Blvd.

• For caregivers of family members with cancer, heart disease, AIDS, Alzheimer's, and other life-threatening illnesses

• Effective strategies for stress reduction taught in a lecture and small group practice format

• Enrollment limited as we will also function as a support group
