Description

In Projects for K-7 Classrooms students will share, research, develop and analyze dozens of successful computer projects for students in grades K-7. The end goal is to walk away with a toolkit of possibilities for student learning and the ability to create projects using technology to enrich or explore in age appropriate and time-well-spent ways.

Objectives

Critical components of well-designed projects to be covered include:
  1. Information/media literacy
  2. National Educational Technology Standards
  3. Assessment and rubrics
  4. Open-ended software tools
