- The aims of the Catholic Educational Leadership Program (CEL) are threefold: to offer a scholarly educational program for Catholic school personnel, to build a sense of community among the students and faculty, and to prepare a corps of highly competent and knowledgeable educators for Catholic schools.

- The Organization and Leadership Program (O&L) is a unique program for working professionals interested in developing their leadership and organization capacities through its credential, master's (M.A.) and doctoral (Ed.D.) degree programs.
