General Education Curriculum

5 students in classThe General Education Curriculum (GEDU) provides students with the foundations needed to pursue graduate-level coursework.

All doctoral programs require that each student successfully complete 12 units of coursework in General Education:

  • Foundations course - 3 units;
  • Applied Educational Statistics course - 3 units;
  • Research Methods course - 3 units;
  • Advanced Research course - 3 units.
