Immunization Requirements

Please Note | The University of San Francisco requires evidence of immunizations for students born on or after January 1, 1957, if they fall in one of the following categories:

- All undergraduate students (excluding the College of Professional Studies and Regional Campuses)
- All international students
- All graduate students who live on University-owned property

In addition, all students are strongly encouraged to consider vaccination for the following diseases:

- Tetanus-Diphteria (TD)
- Polio
- Meningococcal Disease (Meningitis)
- Hepatitis A & B
- Varicella (Chicken Pox)

View USF's Immunization Policy.

Proof of immunization is required BEFORE registering for classes. A hold will be placed and students will not be able to register for classes until they have completed and submitted the relevant form.
